Leading tenor Jonas Kaufmann’s first collaboration with the Greek National Opera and his Odeon of Herodes Atticus debut was one of the most outstanding cultural highlights of 2021. The "king of tenors", accompanied by the GNO Orchestra, under the baton of Jochen Rieder, gave us an exceptional recital and received four encores by the multitudinous Athenian audience, which rewarded him with a thunderous applause.
